Car bomb, prominent blogger killed in Malta

Daphne Caruana Galizia, 53, a prominent journalist and blogger who made constant and detailed corruption allegations against Malta’s Prime Minister Joseph Muscat’s inner circle, has been killed. She was assassinated, while she was driving near the village of Bidnija in northern Malta. The assassination weapon was a car bomb.

Nigeria Govt ordered by ECOWAS Court to pay N18 million to women maltreated for allegedly being prostitutes

The three women namely, Dorothy Njemanze, Edu Okoro, Justina Etim and Amarachi Jessyforth were kidnapped and sexually abused, verbally and unlawfully detained at various intervals bwtween January 2011 and March 2013 in the hands of the several agenciesincluding the Abuja Environmental Protection Board, AEPB, the police and the military.
